Ronald (Bo) Biography

A natural born artist, Ronald began drawing and displaying his work as early as elementary school when he was selected by the school administration to create posters, paintings and decorations for the school hallways and a variety of other school events.

He is an established abstract artist, who has been in demand to share his style of art since an exhibit in 1975.

A Connecticut resident, his work ranges from large abstract paintings on canvas size "48 x "48, pencil drawings and  photography, to wood carving. Ronald works with a diverse choice of medium, however, his favorites  are...oil, ink and charcoal.

He is truly a gifted artist dedicated to giving back the inspiration of a spiritual gift and is motivated by sharing his gifts with young artists. Ronald encourages young people to use their own imagination and trust in their own ideas.

In 1987, Ronald presented to the East Haddam Elementary School Board a after school program that would provide children with a fun and exciting learning experience to channel their creative energy. He organized and taught a "World Of Color" style workshop to elementary age children. His creative style of teaching was well received including his approach to have his own children (of same elementary school age) as his assistants. The program was sponsored by the local Recreational Education Psychological Services Group and was a big success.

The success of Ronald's workshop lead to a Grant Funding to provide a summer Art Program that same year for the students at Founders School (an all boys facility) in East Haddam, Connecticut.

Ronald describes his art as a "point-in-time". He approaches each canvas with a vision of life; a vision that joins the past, present and future.

For the past 45 years Ronald has shared with us the art of creative energy! He has assimilated the results of this creative energy through the unique style captured in his own works of art. His message is... 

"When the mind and body become one with the universe, there is no limit. The bigger the canvas the more space, the more universe to fill".

Ronald feels he has achieved the level of being one with the universe. This level, he says, presents the true treasures of life which knows no limitations!
